USM Haller Soft Panel

USM launches a new product innovation with the USM Haller Soft Panel, an extension to the design classic. Playful colors, gentle textures and graphic patterns added to the metallic world of the iconic furniture system. For 60 years, Swiss design icon USM has stood for timeless modularity with its USM Haller modular furniture system — a design philosophy that transcends fleeting trends while continuously evolving to meet the needs of every generation. The new USM Haller Soft Panel introduces a soft, playful dimension to the collection. These textile panels attach effortlessly with four integrated magnets, clicking seamlessly into the tubular structure of the modular system — no tools, assembly, or additional fixtures required. Just as easily, they can be folded up or down, allowing compartments to open, close, and transform in an instant.

Available in a variety of colors and patterns.

Playful

The furniture’s aesthetics and functionality transform in the blink of an eye, adapting to your style or changing requirements. Patterns and colors can be combined to form a cohesive whole or a creative mix. Every flip brings a new change.

Materials

The USM Haller Soft Panel is made of high-quality synthetic materials with 40% recycled Seaqual® Fibres marine plastic. Lightweight, stable and with renowned USM durability. Another special feature: the panels reduce noise and improve room acoustics combining design, functionality, and sustainability.

Flexibility

The lightweight panels are easy to attach and move without any assembly or additional parts, making them perfect for adapting your existing furniture with a new aesthetic.

Specifications

The Soft Panels are available in three sizes (30" x 14", 20" x 14" and 14"x14"), three patterns (diagonal, curved and vertical), and ten colors. The new panels were developed in collaboration with French designer Marc Venot, and the final design was realized by the US design studio JOBA, led by Kevin Jones.
