SIZED SELECTS EXPLORES LOS ANGELES CAR CULTURE WITH LEADING DESIGN
COLLABORATORS AND EXHIBITION PRESENTED BY SIZED
SIZED SELECTS, the shape-shifting cultural exhibition series, launched its 2024 multi-city program with an exploration of Los Angeles car culture through a curatorial lens, featuring a selection of iconic, all black, automobiles-as-sculptures ranging from contemporary gems to vintage classics and rare finds. Conceived and produced by multidisciplinary creative studio SIZED and its Founder and Creative Director Alexander May, the week-long exhibition (February 26th - March 3rd, 2024) took place during Frieze Los Angeles in collaboration with Willo Perron, USM Modular Furniture, Damon Jones, Basic.Space and an imaginative dining experience by We Are Ona.
In 2023, SIZED launched the SIZED SELECTS exhibition series, a creative initiative parallel to the studio’s client work that spans creative direction and production. Led by Alexander May, SIZED SELECTS introduces an ongoing curation of exceptional art and design pieces in unique formats and locations on a quarterly basis. In 2024, SIZED SELECTS continues this expansion with an ambitious and collaborative journey across global cities, sharing new and untold narratives that contextualize contemporary culture and creativity.

For the 2024 inaugural edition SIZED SELECTS Los Angeles, esteemed creative director & designer Willo Perron reimagined the classic USM system. Perron produced a 65-foot communal table and 80 limited edition chairs – creating an environment for nightly dinners with culinary collective, We Are Ona.
