New York based fine jewelry designer Bernard James's first partnership debuted with a home goods capsule collection with USM.

This collection, produced in partnership with USM Modular Furniture, celebrates the process and beauty of living. The three piece collection elevates the everyday, seamlessly integrating elegance and intelligent design into daily life. Comprising of a valet tray in three sizes, a jewelry box in three sizes and an incense holder, the capsule collection is an ode to exploration and connection, aligned with the brand’s theme and recent winter collection, entitled “Process.” Making space for better living with form and purpose, each of the three designs heightens daily rituals with intelligent functionality, serving as both a statement piece and fitting seamlessly into the everyday.

Taking USM’s iconic minimalistic framing, James designed the new range of home goods to reflect the ethos of both USM and Bernard James. Streamlined, chic design is paired with thoughtful, functional details like the signature USM lock on the jewelry box for increased security to protect precious jewels, along with anti-tarnishing fabric lining the box’s three drawers in a beautiful kid suede, with compartments for earrings, rings, bracelets, necklaces and watches. The valet tray comes in three sizes, all wrapped in supple yet durable leather. The partnership’s incense holder, features a smoke grey glass to catch ash as the sandalwood incense stick burns from the holder, a clever use of USM's iconic metal ball.
